Erin + Brandon | Maternity Orchard Session | Kelowna B.C. | West Kootenay Family Photographer

Wow! I can not believe spring is nearly over and summer is right around the corner! Our spring this year has been a bit unusual and definitely shorter than others. Having lived on an orchard for the past 4.5 years and never really utilizing it on the photography side, I decided to take full advantage of the spring we did have and schedule several orchard photo sessions before making our way over to the Kootenays. 

The first of those sessions was a maternity/family shoot with Erin, her three kids and Brandon. This is to be baby number four for Erin and Brandon's first little one! I've known Brandon for a few years so when he asked me if I would interested in photographing him and Erin, I was excited to work with another pregnant mama! I've said it before and I will say it again, there is something just so beautiful and special about a pregnant woman, and Erin was no exception. She is gorgeous regardless, but add that perfect baby bump and it's magic! 

I hadn't been around Brandon and Erin as a couple before, but once we got started it was so evident that these two are just meant for each other. You can feel the love radiating from them, the way they look into each other's eyes, the way they laugh together, and hold each other, it's special. Not to mention, from what I can tell, the relationship Brandon has with her three children is absolutely amazing.

I had such a fun evening with the beautiful family, and cannot wait to meet their newest addition.
